We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Contract Attorney for a remote role.
MUST BE LOCATED AND LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
You will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the needed support to allow you to focus on the proper work-up of all cases in preparation for settlement or hand-off to the litigation team. The position will have a dedicated pre-litigation team assisting on all cases, including intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and even staff specialized in documenting the close-out of settled cases.

THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE with a temp-to-hire possibility.
- Hourly pay: $75 to $125 per hour
- Weekly hours: 40
- 100% fully remote
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years' experience IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, with at least 2 years of CALIFORNIA Personal Injury (PI) experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
- Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and over video conference.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
