Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with the relevant legal frameworks.
• Offer expert interpretation of complex laws, rulings, and regulations to our valued clients.
• Vigorously represent clients in various stages of litigation, ensuring their rights are protected and voices are heard.
• Present at arbitration or mediation hearings, adeptly navigating complex legal landscapes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and gather pertinent evidence to strengthen cases.
• Prepare and review legal documents ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and adherence to legal standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of paralegals and legal assistants, promoting an environment of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
• Foster innovative solutions, encouraging the team to think creatively and strategically.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience handling plaintiff's personal injury cases
• Experience using a case management software highly preferred
• Accredited Law School
• Must be admitted to practice law in Missouri
• Team player
