Day in the Life- Follow specifications and work instructions to assemble components and full products to defined quality standards.
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete each stage efficiently and safely.
- Run in-process and final quality checks so every unit meets company requirements.
- Coordinate with teammates to streamline steps, reduce delays, and improve productivity.
- Keep your station clean and organized to support safety, accuracy, and flow.
- Report discrepancies, defects, or parts shortages to your supervisor right away.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in assembly or manufacturing is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and assembly instructions.
- Sharp attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality.
