Partnering with Schulte Staffing, our client is looking for a meticulous assembler to bring complex sheet metal components to life. Your day begins at a clean, organized workstation where blueprints and work instructions guide every step. With micrometers and calipers at your side, you’ll verify tolerances, perform careful hand assembly, incorporate honeycomb mesh materials, and confirm that each build aligns with strict quality expectations.

• Translate blueprints and detailed work instructions into accurate assemblies and subassemblies.
• Use hand tools—wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, and more—for precise, repeatable assembly tasks.
• Measure and validate dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges.
• Execute fine, repetitive hand operations with consistency and exactness.
• Incorporate honeycomb mesh and other specialized materials into builds.
• Inspect for fit, alignment, defects, and adherence to quality standards.
• Keep your workspace orderly and safe while following all company safety practices.

• Background in manufacturing, sheet metal, or assembly (preferred).
• Confidence reading and using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and quality-first mindset.
• Comfort with repetitive, high-accuracy tasks and small-part assembly.
• Problem-solving ability and ownership of results.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.

• Stand, bend, and work with your hands for extended periods.
• Lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Perform fine motor tasks with steady precision.
