We are a Leading Construction company, based in Brentwood, TN, that has been around for over 50 years. We are looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building Division. This opening is due to company growth; you will oversee and manage all estimating & preconstruction activities for commercial building projects.

Job Details

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a Related field.
• 7-10 years of Estimating experience
• Previous experience with Large-Scale Commercial Construction projects (high-rise, office buildings, stadium work, educational facilities, justice centers & jails, etc.)
• Strong Proficiency with Estimating software (Bluebeam, OST, DESTINI estimator, or equivalent)
• Ability to execute engineering calculations
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
• Ability to read, understand & organize construction plans & specs
