Job Description:
As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting chefs, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and consistency of dishes served to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.

• Wash, chop, and portion vegetables, fruits, meats, and seafood.

• Assist with plating and garnishing dishes as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and kitchen.

• Properly store and label ingredients to maintain food safety standards.

• Assist chefs in other tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred 

• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with good communication skills.
