Were looking for skilled and reliable Prep Cooks to join the culinary team of our upscale restaurant. Youll work closely with our chefs to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and that all ingredients are prepared with precision, consistency, and care. This role requires strong technical skills, organization, and pride in delivering work that reflects the quality and standards of our brand.

Who Were Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a prep cook or cook in an upscale or high-volume kitchen

• Ability to manage multiple prep tasks efficiently while maintaining precision and consistency
• Strong understanding of kitchen organization, labeling systems, and proper product rotation
• Calm, organized, and detail-oriented under pressure
• Strong knife skills and solid foundation in fundamental cooking techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in English
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine orfamiliarity with Asian ingredients is a plus
