Press Brake Operator at Manpower

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be an essential part of the industrial department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: Based on Experience

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Program CNC controls using information provided on prints.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists to handle materials safely.
• Verify that materials are correct in type and dimension before bending.
• Perform quality checks and measurements to ensure parts meet specifications.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of related manufacturing or CNC Press Brake experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong mathematical skills, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and work with varying procedures and instructions.
