Agriculture Engine large and small Construction Large truck On-and-Off highway Power transmission Process equipment Rail Seating Thermal transfer Turf care JOB SUMMARY: To ensure that product processed from press brakes meet the specifications of the customer. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND BASIC SKILL LEVELS: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: High School education or equivalent. Strong industrial math skills and attention to details. Ability to learn tasks, and follow directions, including use of measurement equipment. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English. Successful completion of Pre-Employment physical. Experience working a manufacturing environment a plus. Regular and predictable attendance required. Class C operator Operate metal forming press brakes. Review shop orders, blueprints, and inspection records to determine process requirements. Examine and measure product to verify conformance to specifications using measurement equipment as specified on inspection records. Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system. Support the commitment to a safe work environment as stated in the safety vision and the safety manual. Perform duties listed above under class C operator Set up and adjust metal forming press brakes. Class B Operator Perform duties listed above under class C operator Set up and adjust metal forming press brakes.
