Are you a hard-working individual with an appreciation of the outdoors who enjoys performing a wide variety of tasks? We are inviting courteous individuals who possess an eagerness to learn on the job and the ability to understand instructions and carry them out efficiently to JOIN us. Full and Part time positions available.
Make It Shine DBA SHINE is a 25 plus year, second generation, family-owned-and-operated business. We provide services to both residential and commercial clients all over Southeastern Virginia which include: window cleaning; pressure and soft washing; gutter cleaning; dryer vent cleaning; high dusting; roof cleaning; building restoration and sealing, and more. We take pride in tackling projects that other companies cant/wont do.
We work year round, full time. We are not seasonal like most companies in our industry.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to pass drug and background tests
Possess a valid drivers license, a vehicle, and clean driving record
Must have manual dexterity able to kneel, reach, climb, balance, lift
50-60lbs
Not afraid of heights! Ladder work generally 24ft- 32ft but some up to 40ft.
Work availability range from 7:00am 5pm Monday- Friday.
Occasional night/weekends and overtime
Detail oriented and able to work with a team to stay on task
Benefits:
Start salary $17-$19
- Foreman are hired based on experience from $20-$25
