A company is looking for a Principal AI Scientist.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the research, design, building, and maintenance of predictive models in a production environmentPartner with stakeholders to leverage company data and drive business solutions, including direct communication with clientsResearch and implement new machine learning methodologies and develop cutting-edge analytic systems to enhance customer experienceRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling, with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AIAdvanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related fieldProficiency in Python & PyTorch for manipulating large datasets and training AI/ML modelsExperience in software development and collaboration across teamsPassion for discovering solutions using large data sets and improving business outcomes
