A company is looking for a Principal Technical Account Manager to provide customer guidance and support throughout the implementation life cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide customers through the full life cycle of product implementation to ensure effective use of servicesAct as the primary liaison between the company, the customer, and system integrators, ensuring overall customer satisfactionProvide regular assessments and recommendations for improvement in strategy, process, governance, and technologyQualifications7-10 years of enterprise implementation experience, IT service management, project management, or account managementDemonstrated experience in package systems implementation (e.g., CRM, ERP, Fusion SaaS)Project Management or Service Management certification (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Prince2) is desirableSubject matter expertise in relevant industry or productsExperience with large, multi-site or international IT projects
