Print Operator at Staffmark Group

Staffmark is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our client's production team in Fort Worth, TX. If you have experience working with high-speed digital or offset printing equipment and take pride in producing high-quality print materials, we want to hear from you!

Pay:$17.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

(Some overtime may be required based on production needs)

As a Print Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining digital and/or offset printing equipment. Your role is essential in ensuring color accuracy, print quality, and timely completion of print jobs according to client specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain high-speed digital and/or offset printing presses
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Monitor print jobs to ensure accurate color reproduction and high-quality output
• Follow production schedules and job specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a color print production environment
• Familiarity with digital press equipment such as Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, or similar
• Solid understanding of color theory and color calibration tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude for press maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to manage multiple print jobs simultaneously
• Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
