RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to monitor jobs in production and communicate with production and graphics specialists any special instructions, proofs, and shipping info Must ensure all project deadlines are met and associated cost budgets are adhered to Must ensure that equipment is properly maintained and upgraded. Recommend new acquisitions that will increase productivity Must be able to manage inventory and organization of supplies Must resolve all customer escalations in a professional manner Must assist in organizing the shop workforce during regular hours or in an extra hours situation QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma 5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager within a Printing Press environment. Must have experience in SQF or CMPG certifications.
