Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $23–$25/hour (based on print knowledge)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders for processing by gathering, organizing, and recording print requests and documents.
 - Clarify requirements, prepare job tickets, and coordinate deadlines to complete customer print requests.
 - Oversee jobs through all phases — estimating, planning, prepress, pressroom, bindery, and shipping.
 - Maintain open communication among departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
 - Work directly with customers during ordering, proofing, and delivery stages.
 - Monitor daily job status and proactively resolve issues throughout the print process.
 - Keep all departments informed of job changes and maintain consistent updates for customers.
 - Foster a positive, respectful attitude toward both internal and external customers.
 - Stay current with industry trends and knowledge, sharing as needed.
 - Respond promptly and positively to all customer requests with a can-do attitude.
 - Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.
 
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of the entire offset printing process.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Above-average problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
 - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
 - Possesses an energetic, polite, attentive, and friendly personality.
 - Self-motivated, organized, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done—including overtime.
 - Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player.
 - Sympathetic and responsive to both external and internal customer needs.
 - Willingness to learn as technology and industry standards evolve.
