Compensation:$70,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of case handling and trial preparation, including client meetings and communication
- Analyze legal issues, provide advice to clients, negotiate settlements, and ensure efficient case resolution through collaboration with senior attorneys and paralegals
- Maintain accurate and organized files to support the legal team
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, oversee discovery, and provide status updates
- Adhere to case flow procedures and meet all case deadlines effectively
- Work as a sound analyst and collaborator to achieve client goals and implement strategies
- Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited and reputable law school
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff
- Ability to track and meet minimum billable requirements consistently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, electronic legal research tools, and essential case management software
- Positive growth mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
