Cardiac & Vascular Procedure Scheduler
Full-Time or Part-Time | Oracle Heart & Vascular
Oracle Heart & Vascular is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Procedure Scheduler to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating care by scheduling cardiac and vascular procedures for our patients with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm cardiac and vascular procedures in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, preparation instructions, and follow-up needs
- Verify insurance authorizations and ensure all required documentation is complete prior to procedures
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and patient information in the electronic health record system
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and referring providers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in medical scheduling, cardiology, or vascular care preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
