Job Description
  • Role and Responsibilities: The Process Engineer oversees safety, quality, productivity, training, maintenance, and continuous improvement for processes including V-lapping, carding, laminating, die cut, and thermoforming of nonwovens. Duties include managing raw materials and equipment handling, supporting product/process development, preparing process documentation, leading process launches, troubleshooting, and establishing process parameters.

  • Job Requirements: Candidates should have a BS or MS in Engineering, 2-5 years of experience in nonwoven processing, strong communication, project management, analytical skills, and knowledge of materials and systems. Preferred training includes CAD, P&ID understanding, quality system standards (QS/TS/ISO), and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Core Competencies and Work Environment: The role demands performance-driven, communicative, customer-centric, innovative, safety-focused, and collaborative qualities. Physical demands include occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent computer use, standing, walking, and occasional bending. Environmental conditions involve indoor and occasional outdoor work with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and machinery, requiring occasional use of personal protective equipment.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
