It is the Process Technician’s role to ensure we fulfill high-volume molding with maximum efficiency while never compromising accuracy. We look to the process technician to help discover innovative ways to push the limits of exactness and precision. Responsibilities:Responsible for gathering needed materials from staging and transporting to workstation Setup of machine including selecting and changing tooling and entering programming settings Setup auxiliary equipment including pickers, grinders, dryers, mills, etc. Create and maintain process documentation Handoff operation work to operator I and operator II Troubleshoot and correct production issues Create engineering change orders for necessary production changes Required Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Must meet all pre-employment screening eligibility requirements Pay (DOE) is depending upon specific injection molding experience Minimum of 1+ years of experience in production machine and equipment setup Ability to clearly communicate necessary details verbally and in writing Knowledge of inspection equipment including micrometer, calipers, optical comparators, and other measurement equipment Basic PC computer skills Physical Requirements: Lift up to 40 pounds Periodic to continuous standing, walking, kneeling, bending, reaching, pulling, twisting, turning, seeing, hearing Experience: Plastics injection molding: 1 year (Preferred) Machine Setup: 1 year (Preferred) Overhead Crane: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
