A company is looking for a Product Success Support Engineer.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point for technical and customer issues, collaborating with various teams to diagnose and resolve incidentsSupport and maintain live environments, proactively identifying improvements in product stability and user experienceCreate and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation, playbooks, and troubleshooting guidesRequired Qualifications3-6 years of experience in technical support, delivery engineering, or QA operations for SaaS or complex software systemsHands-on experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Keycloak, Auth0) and knowledge of secure access controlStrong understanding of API testing and automation, including REST/GraphQLProficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or JavaScript) for workflow automationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
