Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE️ Communicate effectively and contribute to a team-focused environment Read and interpret production orders (material type, size, color)️ Operate chop saws and industrial fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers) Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash and/or frame️ Install and attach hardware Inspect work-in-process and finished units for quality compliance Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend basic work instructions and production orders Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and sustain physical activity throughout the shift Capability to stand and move while performing repetitive tasks A collaborative, team-driven attitude with strong attendance and reliability Commitment to quality, precision, and safety standards Problem-solving mindset and a drive to meet production goals️ Previous experience in a team assembly environment is a plus Customer-focused mentality and a desire to exceed expectations About Us
