Production Assemblers for a high-level manufacturer in McKinney, Texas. The hourly pay rate will start at $17 per hour and can run all the way to $24 an hour depending on your manufacturing experience and knowledge of working with small electronic components from drawings, schematics, specification sheets, written instructions, and manuals.
This is a temp to hire position; however, the client is seeking the best of the best someone that wants to grow with the company.
You must be able to work 40 hours a week and the company is somewhat flexible with the scheduling. You may work anywhere between 6 am and 5 pm, Monday through Sunday or unless advised differently.
Experience Requested:
- They are seeking individuals that have experience in the assembling of small and large volume production of electronic components.
- Familiarity with soldering and a soldering iron.
- Knowledge of inductors and transformers
- Manufacturing Experience
- Assembly Experience
- Stand for long periods of time
- Read and write in English and read schematics and blueprints or directions
- Ability to work within the US
- Pass a background and drug test
- Have your own transportation
- Testing electrical equipment and wiring
