| Purpose of the Job | The Production Associate I will perform manufacturing functions associated with building Custom and or BTE Devices. This position will be based out of Aurora, Illinois. |

| Work Experience | 1 - 3 years' experience in manufacturing | |
| Personal Competencies | -Flex to various positions as business needs require -Able to follow and understand work instructions -Demonstrated understanding of ESD and handling of material in accordance with established safety procedures | |
| Social Competencies | -Willingness to work in a team environment -Good communication and interpersonal skills | |

| Further Requirements | -Excellent manual dexterity, use of small hand tools and light bench equipment -Able to read small font -Able to count, verify, and audit inventory locations -Able to perform other duties as assigned -Must be able to stand/walk for 1 hour and sit for 7 hours a day -Lift weight of up to 20 lbs -Repetitive motions using both hands -Must have good vision and the ability to work with hands and small pieces |
