Custom Manufacturing and Engineering is seeking a hands-on builder to assemble, test, and package mission-critical electrical and electronic products for aerospace, U.S. military, and industrial customers. You will work in a culture of accountability inside an EOS-driven company where quality, precision, and personal ownership matter every day.
What You Will Do- Build electrical and electronic systems using soldering, micro welding, riveting, and bolting.
- Form wire harnesses and select wires by color, marking, and length.
- Crimp, seal, and solder connections and protect cables with tubing or sealants.
- Read and follow schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders.
- Test continuity, resistance, and operation with calibrated equipment.
- Adjust, repair, or replace components to meet specifications.
- Record inspection and test results accurately.
- Clean and prepare parts using approved methods.
- Label finished goods for inventory or shipment.
- Pack assemblies and move them to storage or outbound staging.
- Share best practices and help train other team members as needed.
- Completion of Predictive Index Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments.
- High School Diploma or GED; technical trade program preferred.
- 1–3 years in electrical or electronic assembly preferred.
- Ability to read prints, perform precise manual work, and maintain quality standards.
- IPC or J-Standard soldering certification.
- Experience with cable and wire harness build-to-print work.
- Familiarity with ESD-safe practices and calibrated test equipment.

- Use of PPE as required by process and customer standards.
