Available Shifts:
1st Shift: $19/hr. | Monday-Wednesday, 4:00 AM-4:00 PM
2nd Shift: $20/hr. | Monday-Wednesday, 4:00 PM-4:00 AM
3rd Shift: $20/hr. | Thursday-Saturday, 4:00 AM-4:00 PM
4th Shift: $21/hr. | Thursday-Saturday, 4:00 PM-4:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote safety by enforcing rules, conducting safety walks, leading trainings, and reporting incidents.
- Monitor quality and production metrics; lead quality meetings and communicate issues to management, staff, and other shifts.
- Support associates with coaching, one-on-one discussions, cross-training initiatives, and procedural guidance.
- Collaborate with leadership on departmental planning, forecasting, goal setting, and on-time product fulfillment.
- Keep Shift Manager informed of progress, challenges, and errors while maintaining strong professional relationships across teams.
Qualifications:
- One year of lead experience in production preferred
- Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Bilingual preferred
- Flexible, self-starter, adaptable, fast paced
- Ability to crouch, bend, stand, and lift for long periods of time
