Production Lead at Staffmark Group

• Promote safety by enforcing rules, conducting safety walks, leading trainings, and reporting incidents.
• Monitor quality and production metrics; lead quality meetings and communicate issues to management, staff, and other shifts.
• Support associates with coaching, one-on-one discussions, cross-training initiatives, and procedural guidance.
• Collaborate with leadership on departmental planning, forecasting, goal setting, and on-time product fulfillment.
• Keep Shift Manager informed of progress, challenges, and errors while maintaining strong professional relationships across teams.

• One year of lead experience in production preferred
• Computer skills
• Communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Flexible, self-starter, adaptable, fast paced
• Ability to crouch, bend, stand, and lift for long periods of time
