Job Activities: *** Supervise technicians, lead activities for tooling changeovers. *** Oversee technicians preparing fixtures and cleaning molds at the end of a product run. *** Identify and correct problems by making adjustments to machinery and molds. *** Train subordinate technicians in proper tooling changeover activities and mold set up processes. *** Start-up and shutdown of Extrusion and Molding Machinery and auxiliary equipment. Education & Experience: *** HS diploma or GED. *** 3+ years plastic forming machinery set up experience. *** Previous leadership position in a manufacturing environment.
