As our next Production Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader on the production floor — coaching, solving problems, and keeping things running smoother than a freshly tuned press. What You’ll Do As a Production Supervisor, you’ll: Lead by example — hands-on, visible, and engaged. Diagnose and repair tooling and equipment (hand tools, presses, you name it). Keep quality top-notch through inspection and process improvements. Handle RMA activities and quality dispositions. Read and interpret prints, drawings, and blueprints with precision. Train and onboard new team members with patience and clear communication. Work with ERP systems and testing software like Kimax and Camie Cable. Who You Are Our ideal Production Supervisor brings: Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Familiarity (or certification) with IPC standards.
