- Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Assign tasks and manage work schedules for production team members.
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to meet production goals.
- Train, coach, and support team members on procedures and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance or engineering as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance logs.
- Collaborate with warehouse, quality, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate production expectations clearly.
- Promote a positive, respectful work environment focused on teamwork and accountability.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and lean manufacturing is a plus.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and production tracking software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
