Job Title: Program Director for the Radiologic Technology
Location: Columbia, SC
Job Type: Full time
The Program Director is responsible for leading and managing the Radiologic Technology academic program. This includes curriculum development, faculty coordination, and ensuring high-quality education delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of field experience
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at a JRCERT-accredited institution
- ARRT certification required
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain program curriculum and materials
- Oversee course delivery and ensure consistency across campuses
- Teach assigned courses and engage students in learning
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and provide academic support
- Coordinate externship programs and advisory board meetings
- Maintain licensure and participate in faculty meetings and training
Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in academic administration and curriculum planning
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Experience in career college or professional education settings preferred
Work Environment:
