Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of MVRF initiatives. Manage daily operations including budgeting, staffing, and communications. Promote MVRF through media, publications, and educational programming.
- Collaborate with the FSU Foundation and College leadership to identify funding opportunities. Develop proposals and engage stakeholders to support program growth.
- Develop long-term goals and strategic vision for MVRF. Monitor trends in hate-fueled violence prevention and adapt programming accordingly.
- Cultivate relationships with agencies, academic institutions, and community organizations. Represent MVRF at conferences and policy forums.
- Support interdisciplinary research projects. Oversee data collection, performance tracking, and supervise affiliated staff, interns, and fellows.
Bachelor's degree and six years' experience in a related science or research services field or a high school diploma or equivalent and ten years of the same experience. (Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten years.)

The College of Social Work is seeking a Program Director to lead and coordinate research, education, community building, and strategic partnerships focused on violence prevention through the Maura’s Voice Research Fund (MVRF). This position plays a critical role in advancing the mission of MVRF and the College through interdisciplinary research, public engagement, and strategic development.
