A company is looking for a Program Manager to execute and deliver strategic real estate initiatives that align with client goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the client Innovations Program, ensuring quarterly ideas meet criteria and are successfully implementedCoordinate and execute strategic initiatives for complex real estate accounts, ensuring timely completion and business requirement adherenceMonitor program progress, identify risks, and facilitate communication with client leadership and internal teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in Program/Project/Change Management or Real Estate servicesSix Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI, or other change management training preferredIntermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and VisioExperience influencing stakeholders at the executive level and working across technical and non-technical teams
