Program Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Center (Electrophysiology)
Location: Concord, CA (occasional coverage in Walnut Creek)
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Employment Type: Permanent or Contract
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the Cardiac Rhythm Center, focusing on electrophysiology procedures. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, support staff education, and help ensure procedural excellence and patient safety.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical guidance for EP procedures, including ablations and device implants
- Plan and coordinate daily procedures, anticipating physician needs
- Optimize care processes, equipment use, and quality outcomes
- Educate and mentor staff on EP practices and standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership to develop new programs
- Support research and quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of leadership in acute care, cardiac procedural, or surgical services
- 3+ years of clinical EP procedural experience
- Required Certifications: RCES, BLS, ACLS
- Preferred: IBHRE certification
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology program or Bachelor’s in Nursing (or equivalent)
Compensation:
- Permanent: $176,276–$264,415 (based on experience and education)
- Contract: $100–$105/hour (no sponsorships available)
