Job Description As a Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in enhancing business validation processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. This position exists to address current gaps and vulnerabilities in how the company validates business identities, directly impacting the integrity of customer onboarding and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Operations teams to analyze existing processes, document improvements, and implement enhanced validation procedures. Your work will involve conducting detailed current state analyses, developing updated policies and procedures, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements for product and engineering teams. You'll also create Salesforce dashboards and reporting structures to track validation effectiveness while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on new standards. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive current state analysis identifying gaps and vulnerabilities in business validation processes Document and secure approval for enhanced validation policies and operational procedures Develop clear, validated business requirements for system and tool enhancements Create and execute test cases to validate the effectiveness of new validation procedures Facilitate stakeholder alignment and obtain sign-off from Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other key departments Design and deliver training materials for operational teams on new validation processes Define success metrics and reporting frameworks to measure validation effectiveness Build Salesforce dashboards, reports, and case creation workflows to support validation operations Produce advanced Excel reports for data analysis, sorting, and tracking Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless implementation of enhanced validation strategies Required Experience/Skills Proven program management experience with a focus on process analysis and improvement Expertise in identifying and analyzing gaps in business validation and verification workflows Strong documentation skills for creating technical and procedural materials Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting Experience creating Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflow automation Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases and validation plans Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to secure alignment across Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions Experience developing training materials and ensuring operational readiness Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track success metrics Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities Attention to detail with focus on compliance and risk mitigation Nice-to-Haves Experience in the FinTech, banking, or financial services industry Background in fraud prevention or identity verification Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions Experience working in MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments Knowledge of business identity verification systems and tools Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Pay & Benefits Summary Competitive hourly rate up to $40.82 per hour Professional development opportunities in a culture of innovation and creativity Collaborative work environment with problem-solving focused teams Apply Now!
