Join ChristianaCare as Program Manager in the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center to support the organization, management, implementation and execution of all clinical and business improvement initiatives for the Cancer programs. This includes primary oversight for all data and systems supporting designated initiatives and requiring routine and ongoing oversight. In addition, managing the oncology associated social media platforms falls under the program manager’s duties, acting as the operational SME alongside the Communications team. This work effort will improve community outreach and patient engagement.

Also, the Program Manager will handle daily operations for all non-Medical Group departments. These include Radiation Oncology, Multidisciplinary Clinics (MDC), Assessment and Treatment Clinics (OEU), and others as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a business or health care environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to use social media platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and maintain clear organization.

  • Familiarity with performance improvement concepts and data abstraction.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is a plus.

  • Preferred: Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
