Our Client, George Industries LLC, a division of The Thermal Group, is seeking qualified candidates for a Program Manager- Level IV - Aerospace Manufacturing position. Position Summary: Program Manager IV oversees the most complex and strategically important aerospace programs. This senior-level role involves advanced strategic planning, high-level customer engagement, and driving organizational success through exceptional program execution. Key Responsibilities:  Lead multi-million-dollar aerospace programs with significant strategic value.  Develop long-term strategies for program growth and profitability.  Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level customer interactions.  Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.  Drive process improvements across program management functions. Skills and Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees and certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA) strongly preferred.  Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive program management experience, including leadership of high-value programs.  Technical Skills: Expertise in aerospace manufacturing processes, financial metrics, and risk management.  Competencies: Visionary leadership, exceptional decision-making, and strong relationship- building skills. Physical Requirements:  Ability to travel extensively to customer sites, industry events, and organizational locations.  Capacity to manage extended periods of standing or sitting during strategic planning sessions or program reviews.  Visual acuity to analyze complex program data and review technical documentation.  Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.
