Program Manager Non Tech 2 Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Program Manager Non-Tech for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: The purpose of this team is to lead non-IT program management to plan, direct, and coordinate activities that onboard MS 365 engineering teams to new operational processes. Role emphasizes MS 365 experience and close partnership with PM/PMM/Engineering across feature lifecycles. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Key projects: This role will contribute in emphasizing MS 365 experience and close partnership with PM/PMM/Engineering across feature lifecycles. Back up roadmap & release notes operations; draft and refine content to the World Class Change Communications Standard Partner with PM/PMM/Engineering to drive "CCH‐first” operational adoption; engage stakeholders and remove blockers to compliance and quality. Lead change‐management communications and training for engineering teams; create enablement guides, office hours, and quick‐start materials. Track and report operational metrics (coverage, timeliness, quality, throughput); translate insights into actions that improve process health. Coordinate projects end‐to‐end: create detailed plans, align dependencies, manage risks/issues, and direct integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to internal clients and leadership with clear storytelling and data-backed recommendations. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required. 2–4 years of relevant program, operations, or communications experience (non‐IT program management focus). Ecosystem background strongly preferred. Hands‐on experience creating or managing MS 365 Message Centre posts, Release Notes, or Public Roadmap items. Experience supporting the engineering team onboarding to new processes or platforms (e.g., intake, training, checklists, policy adherence). Exposure to content quality standards and editorial checklists for customer‐facing communications. Building and maintaining operational reports that show progress, risks, and actions for leadership. Editorial excellence: crisp, accurate writing; ability to apply style/voice standards and simplify complex topics. Analytical skills: comfort with metrics, dashboards, and decision-making from data; attention to detail and quality. Communication & collaboration: effective verbal/written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management. Self‐management: ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver to deadlines in a fast‐moving environment. Tools: proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Visio (or equivalent diagramming tools). MS 365 experience (required): familiarity with product ecosystem, admin/comms surfaces, and change workflows. Process-driven, extremely organised, and detail-oriented. Ability to deal with ambiguity, make independent decisions, be proactive, and drive tasks to closure. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, actively tracking pending items, and constantly reprioritizing tasks based on changing business needs. Preferred:Hands‐on experience creating or managing MS 365 Message Centre posts, Release Notes, or Public Roadmap items.
