Program Manager – Salesforce Field Implementation at Genesis10

Job Description: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager – Salesforce Field Implementation with our client in the utility industry, located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 1+ year contract position. This role is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office in Minneapolis, MN, or Denver, CO. Compensation: $75-$100 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Job Description: The client is launching a major implementation of Salesforce Field, replacing their current work management platform that supports over 4,000 field workers. These workers include utility field crews such as tree-cutting teams, linemen, and other field operations personnel. This role will own the program from the client side, serving as the key driver of delivery and ensuring a seamless transition for all stakeholders. You will oversee and direct the system integrator, partner closely with internal teams, and lead the change management strategy for all end users. Additionally, you'll manage program financials and provide clear oversight of budgets, timelines, and vendor performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field from the client side Manage and coordinate activities with the system integrator Drive change management strategy for 4,000+ field workers Partner with internal technical and business teams to align on deliverables Oversee budget, financials, and program reporting Ensure successful adoption and transition from legacy work management systems Requirements: Proven experience implementing utility field worker software solutions Background in utilities (electric, telecom, water, cable, etc.) Strong experience with change management for field teams Vendor management and system integrator oversight Project/program financials and budget management expertise Hands-on experience managing Salesforce Field implementation Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
