Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• DSA/education project experience
• Architectural License or working towards it
  
  

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation from schematic design through construction documents.
• Manage drawing sets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, consultants, and engineers, to resolve design and technical issues.
• Lead junior staff in drafting and detailing tasks, providing guidance and quality control.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to clarify design intent and address construction-related questions.
• Review and redline drawings, ensuring completeness and adherence to project goals.
• Assist in permitting processes, including preparing and submitting documents to local authorities.
• Support construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
• Maintain project schedules and deadlines, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery.
