We have an immediate opening for a project building architect in our Gillette, Wyoming. RELOCATION TO BEAUTIFUL GILLETTE, WYOMING IS REQUIRED. Wyoming has no state tax and is a beautiful state. If you have experience designing and overseeing the construction of building projects from start to finish we are looking for you! We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 and great benefits and pay relocation!

Project Building Architect Qualifications and Responsibilities:

•Proficiency in creating innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. 

•Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods

•Expertise in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools to create detailed drawings and visualizations

•In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Ability to ensure all designs comply with legal and environmental standards

•Proficiency in developing and managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring profitability. Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes

•Strong creativity and innovation in developing architectural concepts that enhance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field

•OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain

•Leed Accreditation is a plus

•NCARB Certificate is a plus

•Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

•Wyoming Architect License

Project Building Architect Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $90K - $120K, based on experience
