Job Summary:
- The project coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the CAMS LV Service team. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of CAMS LV's Services by providing essential support to the Service team.
Job Scheduling and Coordination:
- Manage and maintain job schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with team members and customers to schedule meetings, site visits, and deliveries.
- Manage job calendars and resources.
- Manage Work Orders and Appointments for each service request.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
- Manage and maintain job documentation, including parts quotes, service contracts, repair proposals, purchase orders, customer correspondence and job costing.
- Collect, manage, and organize project-related documents and data.
- Maintain project files and records.
- Track and maintain work order reports, timecards, quotes, and invoicing.
Communication and Customer Maangement:
- Communicate project updates and information to project team members and customers.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, technicians and subcontractors.
- Manage incoming job requests through email and phone.
Procurement and Logistics:
- Assist in procurement activities, including creating purchase orders and tracking deliveries/returns.
- Coordinate parts and material deliveries when necessary.
- Manage project inventory as required
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including scheduling appointments, assist as needed with travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
- Assist with project budgeting and financial tracking.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (a plus).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in job coordination or a related field (construction, or construction related service company).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- On-site
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.

Compensation details: 55000-80000 Hourly Wage
