Project Coordinator at System One

Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Arvada, Colorado Type: 4 month Contract Compensation: $38.00 - $41.00 hourly Contractor Work Model: Hybrid System One is currently seeking a Project Coordinator on an 11 month contract position located in Arvada, CO. Project Coordinator Responsibilities: High volume billing on a daily basis Working with work orders and POs Up to 100 entries depending on the workload Consistent communication and follow-up with Project Managers Weekly vendor meetings Research work orders and PO errors Multiple communications with job runners, PMs and coordinators PO and work order resolution Project Coordinator Requirements: Great Excel spreadsheet knowledge Microsoft 365 Office Experience with work order and PO through SAP System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
