Project Designer at Green Oasis

About the Role:

Green Oasis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an early-career interior designer with experience in commercial interiors who is eager to contribute to innovative, biophilic design solutions. Youll collaborate with our sales team, consultants, and clients to create impactful planting packages that elevate workplace and hospitality environments.

What Youll Do

• Develop design decks, shop drawings, and submittals for construction projects
• Create compelling planting layouts, renderings, and presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to assemble proposals and pricing packages
• Support project consultants during client pitches and design presentations
• Submit approved project orders to the operations team for fulfillment
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Background in commercial interior design (13 years preferred)
• Proficiency with PowerPoint/Google Slides and Photoshop
• Experience with Rhino 3D or comparable 3D modeling software
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Confident presentation and client-facing skills
