Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality outcomes.

- Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of teamwork and shared success.
Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in a managerial role, with a focus on team leadership and operational excellence.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· 2–5+ years of construction experience; healthcare project experience strongly preferred.
· Familiarity with healthcare codes and standards (ICRA, ILSM, FGI, NFPA; Joint Commission considerations).
· Proficiency with Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
· Strong technical reading skills (drawings/specs), organization, and attention to detail.
· Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across field and office teams.
· OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and ASHE/CHC coursework a plus.
