Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects Conduct take-offs and assist with pre-construction planning Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Manage project documentation including submittals and punch out lists Utilize software such as Contractor Foreman and Construct Connect for project management Required Skills: Experience in commercial construction projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong understanding of project controls and change orders Experience with CRM software Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in generating quotes Nice to Have Skills: Knowledge of building codes and structural design Experience in construction services for the hosipitality market Familiarity with Request For Information (RFI) process Salary and Benefits: We offer competitive salary packages and a benefits package that includes vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
