Schaeffler Group -- Project Management Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate capacities needed and coordinate project planning, staffing and resourcing.
  • Monitor project progress and continuously check availability and utilization of capacities, resources, services and materials.
  • Coordinate and prepare gate or milestone meetings, reports on progress, critical incidents and risks from PO perspective.
  • Take over project controlling with respect to financials, resources and project guidelines and ensure proper project communication, documentation and review.
  • Agree on project targets and contents and develop solution concepts with experts based on client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure delivery of the projects assigned including all relevant steps, milestones, gateways and resources.
  • Steer and coordinate lessons learned and ensure proper documentation and project reviews.
  • Lead the project team members functionally and coordinate all involved external service providers, resources or stakeholders.
  • Interface with external suppliers and Schaeffler engineering and production teams globally.
Your Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related field
• Basic product and manufacturing processes knowledge 
• Knowledge of project management system
• SAP experience
• MS Office applications
• Project management skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Conflict management skills
• Problem solving ability
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions

Preferred:

• Graduate degree in Engineering
