Project Manager (Construction) at Coast Personnel Services

We are seeking an Project Manager Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: · Oversee all aspects of construction remodeling project from planning to implementation · Allocate resources for assigned projects · Cabinet installation experience a plus · Knowledge of renovation, interior apartment or Drywall and painting a plus · Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors · Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients · Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs · Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications · Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and identify any potential challenges and opportunities Qualifications: · Previous experience in construction management or other related fields · Familiarity with construction management software · Strong leadership qualities · Strong negotiation skills · Deadline and detail-oriented · Desire to grow and be a a part of a team · Bilingual in Spanish a plus Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits offered: · 401(k) · Dental insurance · Health insurance · Life insurance · Vision insurance Schedule: · 8 hour shift · Day shift · Monday to Friday Experience: · Construction Supervision: 2+ years (Required) If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction, we would love to hear from you.
