Salary Rate: $100,000 - $125,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial & industrial plumbing projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. This role involves coordinating with various parties in a construction setting, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage plumbing scope for commercial and industrial construction projects
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and quality control
- Resolve field issues and support foremen with technical guidance
- Track project costs and approve invoices/change orders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing project management experience in mechanical construction
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
