JOB SUMMARY: Condit is seeking a local ON-SITE PROJECT MANAGER who oversees and leads all aspects of manufacturing projects, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project workflows. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Monitor progress and address any challenges promptly. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Confirm properties are complete and functional before and after shows Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Minimum of two years’ project management experience in the trade show or event industry, preferred, not required. Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Willingness to learn on the job and desire to constantly improve. Proactive in seeking answers and solutions. Able to handle stressful, deadline driven situations. Overtime and some travel will be required during the busy season. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to pass a background check.
