• Developing and executing the continuous training program for all personnel based on customer requirements
• Coordinating schools to support qualification and advanced training for all personnel based on customer requirements
• Developing and maintaining the SURTASS program Training IMS

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology and/or Master Training Specialist certification
• Five years of experience with managing training and qualification programs
• Five years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems

• Experience with SURTASS mission systems is preferred
