Join Associated Bank as a Project Manager and lead the successful delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. In this role, you'll manage cross-functional teams, oversee project execution from concept to completion, and help drive innovation and operational excellence. Key Accountabilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, charters, and transparent progress reports.

• Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Oversee all project phases, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and change management.

• Collaborate with architecture, design, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Guide and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and leveraging individual strengths.

• Manage third-party vendor relationships and contract reviews in partnership with legal and risk teams.

• Analyze project requests for feasibility, cost-benefit, and strategic value to support sound decision-making.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of experience in banking, business, or project management.

• 5+ years of experience leading projects using project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred:

• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).

$68,600.00 - $117,600.00 per year
