Join Associated Bank as a Project Manager and lead the successful delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. In this role, you'll manage cross-functional teams, oversee project execution from concept to completion, and help drive innovation and operational excellence. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact while developing your leadership and project management expertise in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.Key Accountabilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, charters, and transparent progress reports.
Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Oversee all project phases, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and change management.
Collaborate with architecture, design, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Guide and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and leveraging individual strengths.
Manage third-party vendor relationships and contract reviews in partnership with legal and risk teams.
Analyze project requests for feasibility, cost-benefit, and strategic value to support sound decision-making.
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in banking, business, or project management.
5+ years of experience leading projects using project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred:
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
